Standard shipping is 3-5 business days, not including holidays or weekends. WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOXES. Also it is a MUST that your billing and shipping address match. Make sure to enter the correct billing address associated with your bank card or your order will not successfully process.
We do offer a return/exchange policy; However only returns on items that have not been tampered with or opened are acceptable. Make sure to double check the texture and lengths are the textures and lengths that you want. All items must be sent back within 7 days. Items must be in their original packaging and not opened. If items have been opened or tampered with, we will not be able to complete the return.
You will receive your tracking # within 24hrs of your order. Your tracking # will be sent to your email. Be sure to make sure you're checking your Spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox
Unfortunately, once payments are completed for orders, changes cannot be made.
